1. By destroying infected T Cells with AIDS in escallating batches, (causing the level of antibodies to increase before the major destruction of the batch), a greater proportion of virus may be removed between disintegration and reinvasion of T cells. The problem with continued raising of antibody levels is fatigue.
2. Possibly by implanting tumours or genetically modified T? cells with AIDS virus receptors, the virus could be absorbed.
The two ideas could be combined.
Separating the mechanical and flow components of an artificial heart, may give designers more degrees of freedom to solve problems inherent in some models.
